TOURIST TAX
To be paid on-site according to the regulations of the Municipality of San Teodoro: €3.00 per person per night.
Exemptions: Children under 12, self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient disabled guests with one accompanying person, law
enforcement officers, tour guides, and drivers. Tax regulations may change (to be reconfirmed at check-in).

All requests for Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to confirmation by the Manager on Duty and with an additional

It is possible to remain in the pool area outside of the lifeguard hours.

Gym: free (with scheduled hours), does not include towel (mandatory) and water.
Reservation at the Front Desk is required to avoid overcrowding.

RESTAURANT H2O: Dinner à la carte or half board service from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm, table service, beverages not included.

Cover charge supplement: €3.00 per person
Mariposa Lounge Bar:
Beach Delivery: bookable online by 12:00 pm.
Light Lunch: From 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. À la carte service.
Lounge Bar: Open from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. The opening and closing times are not guaranteed for the entire season and
throughout the week; the schedule is subject to change by the Management.
FOOD ALLERGIES
The hotel provides gluten-free and lactose-free food options. It is mandatory to communicate any dietary restrictions at the time of
booking and upon arrival.
PETS
Pets: €20.00 per night, per pet.
Valid for small to medium-sized pets weighing a maximum of 15kg (33 lbs)
Access allowed in all areas of the property.
Stay in the owner’s room, not equipped with a pet bed and bowls (the latter available upon request).
Leash required at all times.
Acceptance only with a health certificate, following a veterinary check-up before departure.
ATTENTION: Failure to declare pets weighing over 15 kg is prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to evaluate whether to accept
the animal or not.
